Previously,  she was MD and co-founder of The Backscratchers (acquired March 2018 by Working Not Working). The business worked closely with clients like Red Bull, Google, Spotify, Unilever and adam&eveDDB to understand their marketing challenges and to ensure they had the resources they needed to get their projects done. She is also a judge for Glastonbury’s Emerging Talent Competition, a member of the world’s first and only all-girl Bruce Springsteen cover band, The She Street Band, and was recently chosen as one of the UK’s Top Women Entrepreneurs by CNBC and a ‘One To Watch’ for Tech City News’ International Hall of Fame. You can often see her speaking at conferences around the world including Eurobest, Creative Mornings, Ad Week  and more.

 Rima Garsys is a creative industries professional with experience across arts management, fundraising and project management. She's fundraised for The Barbican arts programme and assisted in co-curating an international exhibition with YBA artist Gavin Turk. Most recently she worked as a senior fixer at The Backscratchers working on projects for clients such as Red Bull, Google and Spotify as well as bringing on and vetting new talent. She is currently the New Business & Talent Consultant at Working Not Working and brews beer in her free time.

She has worked with some of the largest brands in the world including Wall Street Journal, Disney, L’Oréal, HP, Warner Bros, Jaguar, Pepsi, Pizza Hut, Visa, Samsung and Vodaphone amongst many others. She is co-founder of Vine Creatives and co-founder of We Are Stripes.
